Another strong tropical wave is also pushing through the eastern Caribbean, bringing rain to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. It could develop into a tropical depression or Tropical Storm Karl later today or Wednesday. It could bring flood-inducing downpours to Mexico`s Yucatan Peninsula later this week. |
